Resveratrol is naturally found in strawberry.
It can also be found on the red skin of grapes that are made into
wines. There are group of people called French Paradox because of their
diet which are very high in cholesterol - FOIE GRAS or duck liver.
Napakataas ng cholesterol nito. Mataas pa sa cholesterol ng lechon
natin. But French community are having the least accident of heart
attack because of their regular intake of red wine which are very high
in resveratrol.
RESVERATROL act as
1) antioxidant
2) known to help prevent cancer
3) helps protect the heart and brain from damage
4) helps reverse diabetes and obesity
5) studies have shown that it helps extend the life of cells---thereby
helping in life extension
