WHAT IS L-CARNITINE?
L-CARNITINE is a natural nutrient whose primary role is to regulate fat oxidation which is commonly known as “burning”. It transports fat to the mitochondria which is the fat furnaces in our cells. No matter how much you exercise or diet, fat cannot be oxidized unless it makes it to the mitochondria. L-Carnitine plays an essential role in the body for producing energy from fat, ensuring athletic endurance, promoting recovery after exercise. Providing the heart and immune cells with energy, and preventing early onset of fatigue during exercise.
